Title: Lazarus instance is running but not responding

I had to shoot Lazarus after it hung. Now, when I run, I get Lazarus instance is running but not responding.

Restarting is super inconvenient right now. What do I shoot so that I can run Lazarus again?

Lazarus 2.2.5 / Monterey 12.5 (21G72) Mac M1 Max

The answer is: you have to find the lldb process and shoot that in the activity monitor.

but why does it hang? In some code, stepping a line of code may take minutes instead of being instantaineous. I don't see that anyone else has reported this, is there anything I should do to investigate?
