Create the form as you would do for any other form with Lazarus. Then call the search & replace features of fpspreadsheet: https://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/FPSpreadsheet#Searching_and_replacing.

You can find an example in the spready application (https://sourceforge.net/p/lazarus-ccr/svn/HEAD/tree/applications/spready/, ssearchform).
