Title: Trunk needs to always build the help files, how to stop that?

using the trunk it always needs to build the help files when opening the help. if I leave it open then the files remain ok but the problem is I don't like the wait. It takes a bit to compile the LCL help..

 Is this a problem with trunk only and official installs outside of trunk don't do this ?
