Title: fpc 3.2.0 (v. 3.0.4) - Random (changes?)

Did Random change at all?  Specifically, for a given Randseed, is the sequence of gen'd numbers the same?

(Yes, I looked at the backwards compatibility list - no mention, but ...).

No, no changes at all. It is still the mersenne twister and conforms to that standard.
