Title: [SOLVED] Is there any way to change the default icons in LazReport?
Post by: DmytroLev on January 25, 2021, 10:13:43 pm
Hello guys!

I use LazReport and like it. But the icons in the top taskbar look "outdated". I would like to replace them with my custom icons so that the report view will look the same as the rest of my application forms. So far I see no other way than trying to recompile the lazreport package itself with the new icons. Or maybe I am missing something?

Or maybe there is a way to "embed" the report view into a form where I could place my own buttons with my custom icons?

Thanks in advance!

Found the solution: should create a (new) form, place tfrPreview componemt on it, and set its name in the tfrReport's "Preview" property. Then place the buttons I want on the form.
The problem was that I didn't see the tfrPreview component button in the Lazarus components bar because I put my tfrReport on a DataModule. When I clicked on a form the button appeared.
