  I have implemented SubReports on PageFoother band.

how can I propose this modify of the code in LR_Class.pas file to benefit of all?

What is the reason you had to put a sub report on a footer? Especially if you think that most sub reports must auto expand to multiple pages while a footer is just one line at the end of a page and it should not be a expanded to multiple page, in fact it should not change the predefined size at all.
