where did the book "lazarus the complete guide" go
was it renamed to "lazarus handbook"

The "Lazarus Handbook" has been rewritten completely on the basis of Laz 2. The old "Complete Guide" probably is sold-out (and out-dated in many aspects because it must have been written in Laz 1 times or before).
