Title: Code Folding

One thing that I think would be nice and was discussed a long while back is code folding in the editor. Probably requires quite a bit of work in synedit and is more of a long term goal, nevertheless, one day it would be pretty sweet to see available.   maybe 2.0? :wink:

But it should really fold whole procedures, not only the part between begin and end.
ScitTE (www.scintilla.org) supports code folding, but it is still chaotic, because the
variable declarations are still visible!
