What's OPM repository? Do you mean publishing it at Sourceforge?

OPM stands for Online Package Manager.
It is an indispensible Lazarus IDE extension, not installed by default, but distributed with Lazarus.
See here (http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Online_Package_Manager)

when i run simple_scheduler.exe

why are you using qt in windows program?!

Can it be available from OPM repository?
This program is an application, the github site shown above does not contain any source code. Therefore, the program is not suitable for OPM.
