Title: FPC server updates

The FPC server is being updated, some outages of, webserver SVN and mantis are to be expected.

We hope it'll over soon :-)

The new mantis does case sensitive search on the Filter field.
Thus, for example, 'scrollbar' does not return the same results as 'ScrollBar'.
That is a problem that will cause already open issues to be reopened because the reporter couldn't find the appropriate previous report.

Can something be done ?
