Hi

I just want to share this simplified working solution on how to build your application using lazbuild and gitlab-runner to upload it to the internet for your users to download.

This also works with the online runners of gitlab.com but people have to setup Laz+FPC for the runner.
I have a complete example here here (https://gitlab.com/basile.b/dexed/-/blob/c224f46daf7573267f27f28c11cc69571741a1f1/.gitlab-ci.yml).

I even think that cross compilation could work but I have not tested as I dont use win anymore.
