Does ssAutoBoth work for SynEdit ?

Hiya

I just wanted to know if someone has been able to use ssAutoBoth for SynEdit on Linux? I have tried this but when I go beyond the window width or height no scrollbars are added.

I have been told by someone that it worked for him on Gentoo (I'm using Slackware 10.1) so I'm not sure what could be the problem.

Any hints? Thanks a lot.
