It's up to you and what you want to do. I use Synapse, other people use lNet.

I don't understand. They don't need to be fixed afaik and I don't have problems intstalling them (at least synapse, I haven't tried lNet)

You can donload a synapse.lpk here:

But Synapse does not have visual components.
