Move Rows in TDrawGrid

Hi,

in my program it's possible to move rows by selecting them and then do a drag&drop on the FIXED column.

Now is it possible to do it this way:
1. Selecting multiple rows with the left mouse button
2. On the next left-click check whether a previously in step 1 selected row is clicked or not
3. If it's not a selected row goto step 1 else goto to step 4
4. Move those rows just like it would have happened when clicking on the fixed column...
