Tpagecontrol bug?

Dear sir！

      I set the Tpagecontrol's Align to alclient  in single form, and  set display one tabsheet , the program display have a question in wince, tabsheet left border have a gap，Form's left border not full cover，tabsheet is not full screen，I attempt set many property ,but still is not full screen.
