A new component: TButtonList

Hello,

I've released today a new component named: TButtonList.

The component create a container with group of buttons selected by the developer.
It allows the developers to add captions per button, hints per button, set layout by choice and knowing what button was pressed.

Any comments, hints, bug reports and even an Icon for this component are more then welcome.
