KOL-CE - again X / OK question

I read many articles here and it is clear that X mark is used to close window (minimizing as the matter of fact, depending on WM settings). And that OK is shown on modal forms etc.

However, I didn't find an answer whether it is possible to create window without both X and OK buttons. Is the only way making maximized window with no border (full screen)?
