help me ,the exe file is not run

I user lazarus(0.9.26.2 beta) to write a empty project ,and compiled it.i use activesync to wince 5.0(DeviceEmudator v8.0) ,run ok,no probleam. i user activesync to mc1000(symbol) and run it ,but alert a error dialog, the file not found ...
why?
can you tell me reason?
