Bug? Cannot move Component

Yesterday I have tried to install one of the snapshots:

Lazarus-0.9.28.3-23378-fpc-2.4.0-20100105-win32.exe
Windows XP 32bit

After setting up all the paths correctly, I wanted to modify a project, but had an issue.

I cannot move any component using the mouse. When I go on a control to click and move it, what appears is a rectangle (like when you click on an empty part of your desktop). The only way I can move the component is through the inspector or the keyboard.
Is it a bug?

I just solved the problem. I rebuilt Lasarus. Hopoe this helps.
