CM_DESIGNHITTEST

Hi, I use this message in my control as Delphi uses this to distinguish if the mouse click is handled by form designer or the control at design time. I wondered this message is not called in Lazarus. It appears all mouse clicks are handled by the designer now. It would be nice to enable CM_DESIGNHITTEST call to be compatible with Delphi form designer.
