Installing with Snow Leopard

I will now have a look at a Sqlite version that I have been working on.
Must be a Tdbf problem.
I will get back with my next success/ failure soon.

Success.
It works using Zeos and Sqlite3.
Now I have to get my head around the Sq language.
I am happy working with DBF but not Sqlite3.

All I need to figure out is why the Debugger is not working.

try to move the project to a path without spaces.
i wonder if it helps.

I am a PC and Amiga based person so I don't have spaces in
any Folder/Directory names.

Any other ideas?

What's if the content of debug output window, then you're running the applicaiton? (View->Debug Windows->Debug output)

As soon as the program runs I get

Debugger error

Oooops, the debugger.....

... we're pulling the plug.

Etc.

Do I need to set the debugger settings to anything that is not set by default?

I have put a report in on the Debugger error.
Seems that other people are having the same problem.

Just to let you know I'm having the same error on Snow Leopard (MacOS X 10.6.1, with XCode packages installed), after installing files:

fpc-2.2.4-20090926-i386-macosx.dmg
fpcsrc-2.2.4-20090926-i386-macosx.dmg
lazarus-0.9.27.21874-20090926-i386-macosx.dmg

I can execute a default project, but when I load my custom OpenGL app it doesn't execute. I deleted the app file, and Lazarus is not generating it, although it shows the linking message in debug output.

Hope they can fix it, in Windows Lazarus is working great!

You can simply switch the debugger off, to launch the program.

I am also having a little trouble compiling in Snow Leopard.

 I downloaded and installed Lazarus for my Mac running Snow Leopard. I installed these files in this order.
fpc -2.2.4. intel-macosx.dmg
fpcsrc - 2.2.4 - Intel - macosx.dmg
lazarus 0.9.28.2 - i386 - macosx.dmg

When I try to run a "hello World" program I get this message "Can't find unit interfaces used by project1".

I know that it has something to do with the paths but I do not know where the files are stored on the Mac or if there is a routine to put all the correct paths.

Can anybody here help me?

how lazarus was installed?
what's the output if you launch lazarus via terminal:
cd lazarus.app/Contents/MacOS
./lazarus

otherwise, we won't be able to help you.
