SPINA Thyr ported to Lazarus and Free Pascal

Beta versions of SPINA Thyr 3.2 have been released for Windows and Mac OS X.

The code base for SPINA has now been migrated from Delphi and CodeWarrior to Lazarus and Free Pascal. Therefore, different platform implementations can now share the same source code.
