Working with MySQL... but how

Hi all,

i need help. What Component do i need to work with MySQL? I tried sqldb... but i think it's 2 old. I tried it with ZeosDB, but it won't work. I had broken depencies. Do you have any idea?

So definitely use Zeos, it work very reliable, and the big advantage is that the engine embeds into your project.

Installing the Zeos package is straight forward.

But you need to tell more about your setup for anyone to help.

You say SVN.

Have you tried to download the stable version from Sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/zeoslib/) and installing the package?

get at http://sourceforge.net/projects/zeoslib/ (Zeos 6.6.5 stable version)
try to compile each package in zeos like zplain,zparsesql,zdbc,zcore and compile and install zcomponent
