Lazarus: any restrictions on ARM Processor targets?

Hi
The exe produced by Laazrus(freePascal) is compatible with any
ARM processor target, or are there limitations?
For example, would the exe run OK  on a PDA using INTEL-PXA270 (ARM) and Wince 5.0?.

there are some restrictions, but as long as WinCE is running, I think a fpc generated exe will run too

Not sure on those limitations, but at least I can confirm that my apps built with FPC run fine on literally 100's of different Windows Mobile devices (which is based on WinCE).
