uMain.pas(150,29) Error: Identifier not found "ExtractFilePathH"

Hi,
I have an error that I can;t track down I have the SySutilks unit used and still get this error, I never had a prob lem before using this fuinction but sinc upgrading Lazaru s to0 3.06 I now have this is this a bug or can someoneb point me in the rifgt direction.
