TIPHTMLPanel Resource Unavailable exception

Hi

I have locally stored html files that link to each other. I have an htmlpanel (and an associated filedataprovider) which loads one on start up. This works fine.

Click I click on a link, regardless of whether the link is to a local file or an actual internet URL, I always get a "Resource Unavailable exception".

Any ideas or pointers?
