Is there a toolbar which enables you to scroll left and right though the buttons when the window is narrowed or there are too many buttons to fit on it?

Yes, they call it the "TtoolBar" and "TCoolbar" and TControlBar etc.

I'm not talking about extending onto another line when the form narrows. I'm talking about having arrow buttons at the end which allow the buttons of the screen to scroll into view. I've tried it and I'm not seeing. I'm sure if there was such a feature I'd have noticed it long ago.

What settings need changing?

Do have a demo of this working? I don't see an scroll buttons showing on the TToolbar and TCoolbar when the form is narrowed. TCoolbar expands to additonal lines for the buttons to flow into, but Ttoolbar doesn't act like that, with or without wrappable turned off.
