WIN CE extracting exe / dll from ROM

Hello,

im trying to "get" a .exe / .dll files from a ROM with FILE_ATTRIBUTE_ROMMODULE,
my device its a Win CE7 on ARMV7, i have a VS2008 with needed SDK.

Could someone give a hint how to handle a files with this attribute?

Already tried CreateFile or Dump proces - thes ones for sure will not work.
