You have a conflict between Align and Anchor settings for the Panel, its Parent, or one of its Child controls. Without seeing the LFM with the design-time settings,,, we can only guess. If that form really has 111 panels on it... I don't want to see it.

edit: Don beat me to it...
You've probably got some components with 'Autosize' or 'Align' properties = true. ...and one or more of them have gone into and endless loop...
Could be nested...
Remedy: Remove Autoxxx = true, one by one, till the app compiles again, then you have your /crook/ component. (the last one removed, or all of them).
