My laptop is Windows 7 32bits.
Is there any way to cross compile to Android 64bits ?

The fpc-3.2.2.i386-win32.cross.android.exe installer also contains the aarch64 platform (you need to make sure that you've installed a base FPC 3.2.2 for your system). Otherwise you should be able to follow the usual instructions to target Android.
