Hi

I would like to open source my Delphi 4 project to the Lazuras community. How would I do this.

My application makes my website.

I am not really sure I understand your question:
If you want to convert your Delphi 4 Project to Lazarus just do:
Tools > convert Delphi project to Lazarus project
