Floating bar graph

Is there not support for a "floating bar" or "floating column" graph similar to the attached example?

In all the examples I am seeing, the bottom of a bar in a bar chart is always fixed to zero.  I would prefer not to use the trick of having another bar with an "invisible" background covering up the primary bar as I want the y-axis grid to work correctly and not disappear behind a hidden bar.

I am very new to TChart and am still learning.  Thanks.

Iirc, the barseries should  have a Banded property. See the TAChart Wiki documentation and the sample projects
