Superb work from the team. Is it just me, the IDE seems to start much faster than previous versions.  :)

Thank you very much for the new release!

I've encountered a strange issue with binaries compiled with Lazarus 3.4 and 3.2 on macos 13.x: launching the binaries through Automator scripts it is always returned an error (with an empty log).
If binaries (from same source code) are compiled with Lazarus 3.0 or 2.x this issue does not show up. (this is reproducible with sources of any recent PeaZip version with the Automator scripts embedded in the app's package).
The app does not set custom exit codes when terminates, so I wonder if some changes in how to handle default exit codes was introduced from 3.0 to 3.2.

Congrats to the Lazarus Team !

I remember Lazarus before it was called Lazarus while I was still using Delphi.
Lazarus has, for me, replaced Delphi for YEARS.

Please, keep up the good work

Silly question, how long does it take for a new release to be available on WinGet?

Since their website has the latest at 2.2.2, I would say you can't get a recent release using their tool.

Does anyone have issues with the anchor editor?
Today it behaved tragically, I am trying to narrow down the reasons.

is this an official release? I ask because the "downloads" on the left still takes you to 3.2.2.
I've held off full testing of either these releases on our software as it cost $ to go though and test all of our builds.

You are aware that you mentioned the version of the Free pascal compiler... not Lazarus ?

Besides that the download link to Lazarus directs you to sourceforge which has the new version listed.

my mistake. thanks for the clarification. I was wary since I also could not find a changes page like 3.2 has. I could only find the GIT check log with items dating after 3.4 was released.  Was looking for a list of what bugs were fixed between 3.2 & 3.4 to see if I needed to do any retesting.  From the GIT log, looks like most are _nix based.

Thanks to all of the developers! I can't wait to start using some of the new features like Generics.
