AVI Builder Lazzed: Converted from Delphi

I converted AVI Builder from Delphi to Lazarus.

Builds AVI animations from Bmp or Ico.

I could not get the TAnimate to work, as I think it is a Delphi component that shows avi animations.

Is there anything like this in Lazarus that creates animated gif and avi from png files with Opacity?

That was when I was a complete beginner at Lazarus.
