FP IDE(FP.exe) fails to start, Under windows.

The prompt message that appears:
?Free pascal IDE Version 1.0.12 [2021/05/15]

The test was conducted using the official installation package.

fpc version: 3.2.2
os: win10 (chinese)

After testing, this failure occurred in the Chinese version of win10.

Using the English/japanese version of win10, everything works fine.

I have installed the installer myself, no problems. Please make sure your antivirus hasn't become selfaware due to AI, and thus a bit paranoid.

The antivirus program is turned off with the same issue.

I formatted the hard drive, reinstalled Windows, and just installed fpc for win. Still the same issue.

I suggest you create a new virtual machine and reinstall the system to give it a try
