Using a Properties like control

I need a control very similar to the Properties control used in Lazarus. I can't seem to find one. It seems like it would be built into Lazarus as it's included in the IDE but I just don't see it.

You can watch sources to find out what the developers used, my guess is either a stringgrid or a virtual string tree.

during using Jedi VCL, I could found TPropertyInspector on the RuntimeDesigner tab.
