Newbie in Lazarus

What is you O.S.? Windows Mac, Linux?

Here is a little intro I made for one of my wife's student.

I'm using windows. I want to create simple app using lazarus hope i can make one.

Install is easy:

1) Go to https://www.lazarus-ide.org/index.php?page=downloads

Download and install Lazarus for your OS.

2) Launch Lazarus and
 install "anchordockingdsgn" from "Package->Install/Uninstall Packages" to have a pleasant environment.

3) If you plant to make Graphics program, I recommend using BGRABitmaps

From Package->Online Package Manager-> "BGRABitmap" and "BGRAControl"

After installation, you have to rebuild the interface.

3) For networking
 Package->Online Package Manager->Synapse40.1 and pl_SynapseVS

For your first program, look at the PDF in my first reply.

Thanks for the info I will try it later. I will try lazarus on desktop application.
