Odb i got this error not capable start transaction

Hello friends i don't  know why odbc connection via odbc to mdac suppost is connected but when try to open
sql send me this error, i don't have any ide how to solve this problem for that i ask here..
 
Some idea please tell me or give directions to search...

"Driver not capable" says it all.
Are you trying to compile a 64 bit app? There are very few ODBC capable drivers for 64 bit. (1)
If I smell bad code it usually is bad code and that includes my own code.

wow suppose i set lazarus to compile on 32 bits the app.... so what have do download old version of lazarus witch run 32 bits...

You can crosscompile to 32 bit, you don't have to install 32 bit version of Lazarus.
You need to set 32 bit crosscompiler.

Since MDAC was mentioned, i guess it's MS Access?

Since when is MS Access (and its driver) capable of Transactions? Did i miss something?
