With .A files from MinGW:
mingw-w64-x86_64-lz4-1.8.2-1-any.pkg.tar.xz
winlibs-x86_64-posix-seh-gcc-13.2.0-llvm-17.0.6-mingw-w64ucrt-11.0.1-r5.7z

All files needed:

Idea to use MinGW- Fibonacci!
