Does anyone know if there's a DelphiX for Lazarus.

The answer to your question (based on searching this forum) is no, there is no DelphiX for Lazarus.

There are DirectX headers for Lazarus but you would have to program everything manually, e.g. no convenience of having ready to go components that you can drop on your form.

Do note that using DirectX is bound to the Windows platform.
I do not have to remember anything anymore thanks to total-recall.

I thinks he's referring to the virtualized database environment called DelphiX. But who knows since the OP was so terse.

So yes, you are right that more information from TS is required.
