ControlsCodePage presents divergent value...

I continue to have problems interpreting characters, I have already registered several combinations without finding a solution to the problem....
Now I noticed that the TZConnection's ControlsCodePage property cannot be changed, it remains at cCP_UTF8, but when I access "Properties" I see the option I chose... (example: controls_cp=GET_ACP).
Can I consider this a normal condition... a tolerable failure?
