License Agreement

Looking for any suggestions.  What's the best way to display a license agreement? Needs to be read-only. A TEdit or TMemo? I have a menu option under Help -> License.

I use a TMemo with ReadOnly = True.

I would use too a TMemo with ReadOnly = True.
