Hello. This is Digao, developer of the DzHTMLText and Dam components.
The component is fully compatible with Lazarus, with no adjustments required for operation.

About the DLL problem, in the latest version an adjustment was made to no longer depend on this DLL. Please update your component version.

If there is any problem installing/using the component in Lazarus, please open an issue on GitHub.
