BGRA Controls Install Latest PI Os

Hi All

I am moving my development platform from a Raspberry PI 4 (bullseye) to a PI 5 (Bookworm).

I have some other issues with the Lazarus install now sorted (Wayland Issue).

I am trying to install the BGRA controls, I have followed the recommended items to pick from the online package manager ("bgrabitmappack.lpk" and "bgracontrols.lpk")

These all install with no errors shown, however when I look at the pallet under the tabs for BGRA Controls GBRA Button Controls and all the other BGRA Tabs, ALL the icons are the same, the default Lazarus one looks like three coloured bricks.

Any idea, at first I thought this was an issue with another package, but I have done a fresh install with just Lazarus and no other extra packages and still the same.

The version of Lazarus is 2.2.6+dfsg2-2, as shown in the splash screen.

Hi,   
Lazarus has stopped showing icons from LRS resources on the component palette. You can download a corrected version from here: https://github.com/paweld/bgracontrols/archive/refs/heads/master.zip then you need to replace the files and rebuild the IDE - the icons should appear.

Thanks for the advice, I did as you asked and copied all the files into where Lazarus had put them then did a Build Lazarus.

However I have got the following message in read.

Error Can't open resource file "path to where the BGRA controls had been put - /lazarus/onlinepackagemanager/packages/BGRAControls/images/"bgracontrols_images.res"

I have looked in the images directory and the file is not there.

Hi Andrew,     
I hadn't noticed before that *.res files were excluded. I added an exception for this file and it is already in the repo.
in addition, it is also in the attachment

Thank you very much All the BGRA controls are now working.

There were a few other packages I had installed these were Industrial Stuff and Eye Candy controls.

The Industrial stuff install has worked but I noticed that the Eye Candy controls have suffered the same that all the Icons are not showing on the pallette.

Once I get all these working I will make a back up as I am going to use the PI 5 as my main development computer.
