Custom options(screenshot 1)
1. Go to Package->Options->Custom Options
2. Add $(IDEBuildOptions) to the Custom Options memo

or

Debugger info(screenshot 2)
1. Go to Package->Options->Debugging
2. Change Debugger info to one of the Dwarf values
