KOCH: Rotate and Resize and now want to save to animated gif.
« on: October 28, 2023, 11:11:43 am »
Played around with a Koch Curve Creator (makes 3 types)
Can rotate and resize it.
Drag the X label points to resize. Popup save to png.

ENJOY some snowflakes.

Would like to know how to save frames to animated gif programmatically while rotating and making bigger from a smaller size.  Kinda like zooming in on an animated rotating object effect.
Saw something in another thread but kinda stuck with the process.

Hi,

Amazing program :)

Try this (using BGRABitmaps)

I change some name and parts of the original program... Sorry.

Wow, Dzandaa, thanks for the nice solution. Fantastic.

I see you used the BGRABmp to do the animating.
The file size of the gif is very small.

With the 1 sided Koch it seems that the curve is moved up automatically (even if one moves and resizes to a new position initially), but the other two Koch curve types work beautifully.

Much appreciated.
