FPC_DOTTEDUNITS

I'm looking at latest sources and noticed a bunch of [$IFDEF FPC_DOTTEDUNITS}. I don't see where it's actually defined anywhere though so assume it's a change in progress.

Is there any information about the plan or strategy on a namespaced RTL?

Yes, that it is part of, but still under construction.

Note that it will be the RTL compiled in a different way, and combined with all other Delphi/unicode changes.

Is there a design doc or project doc outlining what and how it's being done?
