Hi,

does anybody know if a SBOM Toll is included in the Lazarus IDE or which external Tool can be used?

I need to know which libraries are included in my cash box software. Our financial auditor is asking for such a list.

Has anybody expericence with this?

Thank you.

I am mostly writing software for Image/Video based Process Documentation and Warehouse/Invoicing.
Other Software only if the project is interesting.

There is none. The whole library part (RTL+FCL+LCL) is LGPL with static linking exception, which means despite anyone can sell, anyone can also get for free, provided that they get it by themselves. The IDE and compiler part is GPL, same restriction with regard to cost, only differing in modification availability.

The only SBOM you have to calculate is the one you code and any 3rd party packages you pay for.
