Lazarus crashes after installing package

I have a problem, Lazarus crash exits with no message after installing a package and rebuilding itself. Package in question is KOL-CE. This happens even when I rebuild it without installing any package.

It worked fine previously, it started having problems after I messed with it's settings in order to compile for wince. Problem presist even after I uninstall, delete folder and reinstall.

Is there any thing in the windows registry etc which I can delete to remove all trace of former Lazarus installation?
