how install this patch?

i'm new in lazarus, i don't know how install this patch http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=8910 i need to install ext pascal anybody can i help me the problem is when i compiled exttopascal project raised exception estringlisterror list of bounds (4). i read in other forums that i need install these patch, but i don't know how. thanks.

According to the bug report that patch is already applied in the fpc 2.3.1. So you can:
1) download fpc 2.3.1 and use it
2) install subversion, checkout paticular revision (which you have at moment), and apply patch using patch command: patch -p0 your_fpc_dir < you_patch.patch
Or if you are using windows you can install TortoiseSVN client and apply patch using it.

i'm using windows xp but when i aply pacht with tortoisesvn gives me an error  8-) i go to try with fpc 2.3.1
